The goal
Document Snehal Patel and his team making PIYA, a music video that brought classical Indian dance and ancient Indian iconography into a cyberpunk world built with virtual production and other new and emerging technology in Hollywood. Made in 2023, during the Hollywood strikes and just as AI-generated imagery arrived, it set out to show where technology fits into human creativity.
What we made
Eight months of weekly content, scripted, created and posted: tech walkthroughs, tutorials, talent profiles, sponsor pieces and interviews with the people behind each tool, following PIYA from first concept to the lessons learned after wrap.
What it did
Turned one production into a full campaign: promotional content for every partner and sponsor, and an educational resource for filmmakers and creatives. It also led to new projects with AARP, Fujifilm and Kino Flo Lighting Systems.
