The goal
MIMIK, Kino Flo’s image-based light panel, is a sophisticated lighting system built for virtual production, and almost everything it does is deeply technical. Its specs, capabilities and workflows needed to reach working filmmakers in a format they could actually follow.
What we made
A short-form educational series that shows what MIMIK can do one capability at a time, through motion graphic animations and behind the scenes footage. We took it from concept to final delivery.
What it did
The series opened up a new format for Kino Flo. It’s now part of their trade show presentations and online learning library, an evergreen resource that keeps showing filmmakers how MIMIK performs in production.
